How It Works?

• Drivers cannot enter homes or move mattresses from other floors.

Service Conditions

• Availability depends on space in the driver’s vehicle. If collection isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund of the removal fee.
• For safety reasons, drivers may refuse heavily soiled, damaged, or hazardous mattresses (fee refunded if unused).
